Lisa Jill Allison

Lisa Jill Anderson was born to paint! The prolific, lighthearted, exploration-oriented woman boasts a huge and diverse collection of art ready for its new home. The senses are delighted, emotions are stirred, and joy cascades when in the presence of her work. She was born in New England and now resides in Florida.

Alex Vontevenar

Alex Vontevenar is an up-and-coming local artist. His inspiration comes from his love of the ocean, surfing, boating and skateboarding. He gets his ideas from exploring nature and finding the perfect natural landscape to set up his easel and paint. His style is impressionistic, bold with expressive brush strokes and lots of texture. His art is recognized for thick paint and vivid colors. He is excited about this new chapter in his life and sharing his art with the world.

Gary Carpentier

Gary started his art career in the late 70s. He was hired to do billboards along the highways of Palm Beach County. He then felt inspired to start painting on canvas. People recognize Gary‘s work because he has developed a distinct look with the combination of airbrush and acrylic. He has a passion for Florida wildlife that is represented in his nautical theme.

Pete Steenland

Pete’s mixed media paintings cover two categories:
Tropical theme…. includes a wide range of realistic and semi-abstract subjects.
Marine life subjects…. a category that may also encompass some freshwater life and paintings related to the sea in an overall way.
His work is very detailed and often includes large pieces.

Richard DiGiacomo

Richard is an accomplished artist who has been nationally rated in the top 5% for his coloration technique. As master of his craft in metal art he has worked with celebrities and noted interior designers. His work has earned him numerous awards of excellence and has been regularly displayed on television and discussed on radio features. He resides in Maui, Hawaii.

Gwen Petersohn

Gwen Petersohn is an elementary art educator at Osteen Elementary school.
She teaches kindergarten through fifth grade.
She believes, with the right guidance, there is an artist in all of our children.
VJL Gallery is donating 20% of Gwen‘s art sales to her art classroom at Osteen Elementary school.

Doni Webster

Doni Webster grew up on the west coast of California. After moving away from the coast and too many years of being landlocked, she moved back to the ocean on the east coast of Florida. East or west, the ocean has always been the inspiration for her artwork.
She graduated from Indiana University in 2007.
She is a wife, a mother of three, and a grandmother.
She is an artist who primarily paints with oils. She has always had a passion for art and is following her dream as a full-time artist.

Richard Rosenthal

Richard was born and raised in upstate New York. He served our country during the Vietnam War. He moved to Florida in 1995. Richard’s passion is to capture the area’s natural beauty in his pictures. He has entered many community photography contests and won many awards for his work. As a member of the Casements Camera Club, he shares his passion with other award winning photographers. He has been developing his craft for 30 years. Richard is also a member of Ormond Strong, whose mission is to “Support our local soldiers in honor of our Veterans.”

Jeanne Figurelli

Jeanne was born and raised in the rolling hills of Hunterdon County New Jersey. Her interest in photography started as a child. Jeanne had the influence of her father who was also photographer. When her husband Frank retired in 1994 they started their new adventure in Florida. As they explored Florida and traveled the United States, her passion for shooting pictures became her focus. Jeanne became a member of the Casements Camera Club. Jeanne has participated in many photo contests and exhibits, winning many ribbons and awards.
